Terms and Conditions

The booking is not effective until the owner of Nutwood Lodges provides written confirmation.

Nutwood Lodges reserves the right to cancel a holiday where full payment has not been received less than 28 days before the holiday commencement date.

Hirers are strongly advised to take out their own cancellation and travel insurance.

In all cancellation situations Nutwood Lodges will retain any deposit, however we will try to offer you an alternative date subject to availability within twelve months of your original booking.

No liability is accepted for injury, loss or damage to guests and / or their belongings, damage by or to any third party or for damage to any motor vehicle or its contents.

The maximum number of visitors per lodge is restricted to the numbers stated, the owner reserves the right to refuse admittance if not observed.

The owner reserves the right to refuse entry or booking from hirers who may in their opinion be unsuitable for the lodge concerned.

Hirers or other members of their party arriving with animals of any species will be refused admittance and asked to leave immediately.

Hirers or other members of their party must refrain from smoking inside the lodges.

The Hirer is responsible for taking care of their lodge during their stay and must be locked securely when not occupied.

Any damage or breakages are the responsibility of the Hirer and the replacement cost payable on demand.

All equipment and contents must be left clean and tidy on departure.

The owner reserves the right to enter the lodge at any reasonable time for the purpose of any repairs.

The owner cannot accept liability for happenings beyond his control such as breakdown of domestic appliances, plumbing, wiring, temporary invasion of pests, damage resulting from exceptional weather conditions
